Justin laughed at me because the original caption I put on this photo could work for a cigarette too:

I used the grill finally. It came late, and then the weather was crap. Then I was too tired to cook at night. So I woke up at 9am this morning and pulled out the turkey breast I had in a honey/agave brine, hooked up the rotisserie, pulled out the soaked hickory, and went to work. It took ~3 hours, but it was totally worth it. I mean, look at the pretty smoke ring. And it stayed super moist. And it wasn’t too sweet or too salty.
It was so smokey, that after Tristan had the first bite he said
Mommy, can I have more bacon?
